PBS almost shut down the production of Hellboy because they claimed Guillermo del Toro was infringing on their I.P. The court threw out the case because Hellboy is a demon, NOT a monster, and therefore not a copy of Cookie Monster.
On the interwebs it has been suggested that Marvel should have kept the naming convention started in Wandavision to name this show. The result being Fucky. Marvel chose to break with that practice because the name of the show would have been Sucky (Sam + Bucky). That name would never work because this show is awesome. Also, Disney could be sued for false advertising, and they don’t have the money to cover such litigation.
